Why canít I see the TapeServer on my network?
- Verify that the Ethernet cable is working correctly by:
- Checking the link status light next to the Ethernet port. For V3 TapeServer, you should see either two green (connected at 100Mb/sec) or one amber and one green (connected at 1000Mb/sec).
- Checking the link status on the network switch.
- If the hardware connection is ok, then use the LCD on the front to verify that you have the correct IP addresses and default route set.
